Fun With BREAKING BAD Spoilers

What's that? You found your way to this post without seeing the end of the most recent episode of Breaking Bad? Well then too bad for you, because here's a big spoiler!

The last scene before the midseason hiatus of Breaking Bad's final season ends with Hank taking a shit.

But wait, there's more - while he's taking a shit, as those of you who have read this much of the post remember, he stumbles upon Walt's copy of Leaves of Grass that his dear (murdered) friend Gale Boetticher gave him. And when Hank opens the book, he sees an inscription, and suddenly... everything... comes... together.

We've all had epiphany moments like that, and it's safe to say that for most of us those kinds of brilliant breakthroughs occur on the john. It's also worth noting that the final scene of that episode was AMAZING and left viewers thinking nothing but, "Oh shit oh shit oh shit oh shit!" and we weren't even thinking about actual poop at all.

Still, amazing scenes can still be played with, and that's exactly what a couple of Austin's most talented video professionals spent their week doing. What would happen if the inscription inside Leaves of Grass had been something else? What other mysteries could Hank have solved? Let's see...

HANK TAKES A SHIT AND FIGURES OUT SOYLENT GREEN

HANK TAKES A SHIT AND FIGURES OUT THE USUAL SUSPECTS

HANK TAKES A SHIT AND FIGURES OUT STAR WARS

HANK TAKES A SHIT AND FIGURES OUT CITIZEN KANE

Expect more updates as they keep spending valuable work time making these mash ups, and follow along with all of the fun at HankTakesAShit.com. What's the last mystery you solved while sitting on the toilet?

And by the way, that art for the image on this post is from Ken Taylor's poster for the Breaking Bad Art Project. If you had known about it earlier, you could have tried to buy it here. I didn't know about it tonight, so now I'm just a little sadder.
