Buy The Mondo Poster For This Week’s Release Of KLOWN Right Now

I've been wanting to share Klown, the wickedly raunchy Danish comedy from Drafthouse Films, with you guys since I saw it at Fantastic Fest last September, and now you can finally join the fun! The movie, called "one of the funnier and more outrageous films to hit this country so far this year!" by the New York Times, opens this Friday in Los Angeles (The Cinefamily), Austin (Alamo Drafthouse), and New York City (The Village East). You can buy tickets at any of those locations here.

And check out this perfect new Mondo poster for Klown that I need to procure immediately. (Actually, I just took a break from writing this to procure it. Mission accomplished!) From the press release:

Mondo artist Alan Hynes created a poster to celebrate the Drafthouse Films release of KLOWN.  "The simplistic bold look of the poster takes a cue from the original look of Klovn series; large Futura type and negative space, very Euro" said Mondo artist Alan Hynes.

The poster is available for purchase from Mondo now and the first 40 posters sold will be autographed by the stars of KLOWN, Frank Hvam and Casper Christensen.  Please see below for additional poster details.

On Friday, Klown will also be available for rent on iTunes & VOD platforms by these providers: Comcast, Cox, Time Warner, Brighthouse, Charter, ATT, Verizon, Dish and Direct. If you're interested in sharing the film yourself, read about Drafthouse Films' unique partnership with the new digital platform Distrify. If you dig the idea and want to embed Klown on Friday, July 27 on Distrify, contact info@drafthousefilms.com.

Also, watch a recap video from the Ultimate Klown Experience Rolling Roadshow Canoe Trip! And read about the trip here.

So get yourself one of these rad posters and drop everything to watch Klown on Friday. You won't regret it (unless you have delicate sensibilities. Then you might regret it).
