Actually, Jörg Sprave seems like a pretty gentle guy for someone who constructs giant crossbows for the purposes of launching machetes. Jörg regularly displays slingshots he’s made on YouTube, and this time he met a challenge to build one that could hurl machetes. Jörg had to go with more of a crossbow design, but you’ll see that he makes it work.
