The giant cave is near the Moon’s equator, and it’s about a mile long and almost 400 feet wide. It is, by far, the largest cave yet found on the Moon.
So as the shuttle Discovery makes its last flight another nation discovers what could be the key to human colonization on cosmic bodies. Maybe us Americans will get a chance to visit New New Delhi someday.
Now to make sure this isn’t another bit of Apollo 18 viral marketing…
