Rarely would I consider anything that’s on The Today Show badass, but this one take performance of Black Eyed Peas’ “I Gotta Feelin’” by their full-staff is ah-mazing. It’s worth a look to marvel at the exponential build-up of the set-pieces and Brian Williams’ hilarious appearance.
The real hero of this five-minute single take music video is the cameraman. Walking through narrow hallways, up stairs, coming dangerously close to Kathie Lee, all the while being able to zoom, focus and hit specific marks takes some serious skills. As a matter of fact here’s an interview with said cameraman. My only complaint: not enough Ann Curry.
